| TEAM Anne Tang - executive director / consultant ![]() Graduated from Tartu University with B.A in mathematics. She has attended various training courses on economic and business development, project management, EU issues, democracy and adult training methods, the international training program in Nordic Folk Academy in Gothenburg among the others. She has professional experience in teaching, research work, adult training, project management and organizational issues. In years 1995-2002 she worked as executive director of the local business development center of Harju county. She belongs to the business consultants network of the Estonian business promotion system. Her hobby is choir singing, she is an active member of the Female Choir of the Estonian Scientific Academy. Pear Tang - project manager / consultant ![]() Graduated from Tallinn Technical University in economics and Ph.D in regional economics. He has attended several training courses on business development, project management, EU issues etc. He has long time working experience as research fellow in Institute of Economics of Estonian Academy of Sciences. He is an author of about 30 studies and publications. His fields of expertise include the general Estonian economic situation, regional development and regional policy issues. He has been practising as an economic and business development consultant since 1992, co-operating with different organizations and institutions. He belongs to the business consultants network of the Estonian business promotion system. Imbi Adamson – accounting consultant Graduated from
Tallinn Technical University with B.A. in accounting. She has practical
experience as an accountant in public, private and non-profit
organization. She has been working as an accounting consultant since
1993, co-operating with different Estonian organizations and companies.
Allan Räim - IT consultant He has studied at
Tallinn Technical University, but currently pursues his studies at
Tallinn Pedagogical University in the management of cultural affairs.
He has practical working experience in IT issues.
